I know I am careful about what I put in my body, why not be careful about what you put on your body. Handmade - natural ingredients for a well-balance glow.

At Naturally Embrace, LLC, we take a comprehensive approach to wellness that considers all aspects of your life, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, try to focus on less stress and that's why it's important to use face creams and moisturizing creams to protect your skin from sunlight.

It's really nice to know what you are drinking. Ingredients are important, why not create your own and cleanly drink your veggies? 

Recipe: Cucumber, ginger, lemon, apple, and spinach or try a DETOX refresher of Ginger, apple, lemon, beets, pineapple and for a Jazzy taste, add fresh 

Orange or Mango.

Cheat day goodness! I just love, really love pancakes so I create crepes to get the same results in a SMALL way. 

Try this Recipe: Use Almond or Coconut Milk, 1 egg for protein, some vanilla for a love scent aroma, and some raw honey for sweetness. This is my go-to 

sweet-treat cheat day. a mix of calories, and a good excuse to exercise.
